From the 1st June 2019 Agency fees will be abolished.

This agency will request a Holding Fee equal to one week's rent and this is to be paid on receipt of your application form and references. (Calculated:  rent figure x 12 months, divide by 52 weeks and to the lowest rounded down figure).

This Holding Fee can form part of your lodged deposit or rent or could be returned to you if you proceed to a COMPLETED TENANCY and your full rent and deposit has been paid.

The total deposit will be equal to five week's rent.

If you should withdraw from the Tenancy your Holding Fee will not be returned to you.  If a Tenant does not reach the deadline for commencing the Agreement  you could forfeit the Holding Deposit.

Tenants must be aware that changes to a Tenancy Agreement once in place and duly signed will incur a charge of £50 Plus VAT (i.e. if you add a further Tenant/name change to the Tenancy).
